So sorry to hear that Pete. You've had a guts full recentlyWell I’m shattered tonight. Monday I was awake from 3am onwards, took a mate to the hospital at 8am until 11am, got home to look after my wife, who was being looked after by my son, then dealt with appointing a new manager for the pub, dealing with the current staff, plus all the HR stuff, before taking my wife the pub then home, before going back and being the Bingo caller for the night. Everyone had a great time, I was falling asleep. Had a decent nights sleep before taking my wife out for the day, back to the pub dealing with staff issues, cellar issues etc. Then my mates wife came in and told me her husband had been diagnosed with cancer, we both cried. Whatever energy I had left disappeared before I had a couple of pints and came in here. Please excuse me if I’m being a bit miserable but I’m not sure if I can take much more bad news this year…….
