For some reason, I started taking Vit D months before Covid broke. I then read that it was recommended during Covid. Anyway while I caught Covid it was reasonably mild and got through it. I’m thinking of taking them again this year……

Morning all, looks like some of us are awake early this morning. Well between the reds and the party conference I can barely watch tv this week without my stress levels going through the roof. So I am off to do something nice this morning as I am going to choose my Christmas tree at a local Christmas tree nursery. We don’t pick it up til December before anyone thinks I’m a Christmas obsessed person and it just feels good to wander round the field until you see the one.

A goog night's sleep after a jenga session with family ,we got my GD to eat something she can't buy from a fast food shop yesterday !!! It was one thing I noticed when I came to Finland that the children eat anything put in front of them .
I hope all had as good a kip as we did and have a great day ,we are off on our normal shopping day sadly the girls are coming and that will mean every shop that has clothes in will need to be visited and I suspect that could be the tip of the iceberg .Wish us luck .

Good morning. Lots of early risers today. I've just logged on for work. Autumn is definitely here. The trees are changing colour and it's damp and drizzly this morning.

Morning all, back to the decorating for me this morning. Wallpapering the feature wall is on the agenda but I am on standby as moral support for daughter and grandkid no.4. who has blood test at the hospital this morning. SIL is off from work at the moment and has offered to go along but Jess is yet to make up her mind which of us she would like to go along. She has been promised a trip to Costa in the hospital atrium as reward for being good, there is a shop which sells those foil balloons and I suspect she may be weighing up whether me or her Dad will be the softer touch!

Morning, I'm not too bad today blue thanks. Been out with Daisy in the rain. Really need to do some housework but I cba lol bloody dog hairs do my head in. Even using the shedding brush daily it gets everywhere.
Not much going on other than that, shopping day tomorrow. I really need to go visit people as well but it's hard when you feel crappy to motivate myself.
