As her stated next of kin, I had the say on a DNR for Nikki after her 4th cardiac in 2 hours. Her sis and Mum both said it could/would be cruel, so I respected their opinion. I "knew" she would pull through anyrate.

Jeez; in other news, son #1 has proposed to his GF and she said Yep the other day. She is an absolute treasure.

Good morning all on this cold day here in Hyvinkää ,a record for me -31° I hope all had a good night and have a great day today .Sad news about Mr F losing his job but as said there are worse things than retiring early . I have been out to feed the birds and get firewood ,we might not go out to walk .Not a great photo as the camera phone doesn't like -31° :-1704613222680.webp
 
Afternoon all. Another g6m session and 6 hours overtime completed. I actually nenjoyed the gym this morning - even if getting up off the mat after doing leg raises made me feel and look like a stranded walrus!
Hope you feel better soon @Armaghtoffee. It's freezing here. I've got my big fluffy cardi on. I cannot imagine how cold your temperatures are @blue1948.
Yesterday I very tentatively had a foray into the world of wedding attire. I have no clue what to get. I foolishly googled Mother of The Groom and OMG, a whole array of dos and don'ts popped up - most notably, don't outshine the mother of the bride! Its also OK to wear patterns. I'll sleep better knowing that! 🤣Future daughter in law wants jewelled tones as a theme so I might go for some sort of greeny colour - emerald, jade.
Two day week this week. Looking forward to a very long weekend. Have a good day all x
