Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

God news T.

Not such good news .....every group has gobshites.

Went on my TT meal tonight and when we collected the money it was £30 short which exactly equates to 1 person failing to put their money in.

In disgust I made up the shortfall but I hate this
My brother-in -law organised a family get together for siblings and the one surviving aunt and her husband, fourteen people in all. Some had wine with meal, some had starters no dessert etc. When the time came to divvy up he declared it was too complicated to work out who owed what so best just to divide bill up between the seven couples. Mr G. and I had only had a main course each not wanting to cause a family argument we just sat there fuming.

You should've called it out in front of everyone Jazz, I'd embarrass them.

Morning all,

another sunny day and Daisy is fine still, just had a nice walk. we did 3 1/2 hrs walking yesterday although the limping added to it a bit. She's back to her pain in the ass self today, eating everything, rolling around on the grass and never happy no matter what direction i walked. She's been a right richard cranium recently.

Have a good day everyone, I hope we beat Brentford later just to seal safety.

Good morning all on this once again wonderful day today ,I hope all are well after a good restful sleep and have a great day today . If we win today and go above Brentford I think Dyche for all his sins should be manager of the year ,to manage all that he has and come out on the rosy side is quite an achievement
imagine the state of the minds of the players through all this turmoil .I am certainly not his biggest fan but fair is fair he has achieved more than Pep really .To inherit a shambles be constricted by the squad and finances and then have to endure the uncertainty of the deductions ,he deserves a medal.

I forgot last night's pasta with cold cured salmon :-View attachment 254361
I can't give manager of the year to a bloke who didn't win a game for 3 months but he has done well, i thought he'd lost the dressing room at one point but he turned it around in the nick of time and maybe a few home truths to the players bucked their ideas up.

Scran looks lovely blue.

The ones who suggest that are the ones who had the most . I had two very close lads as friends when I was a teenager we went everywhere together stood back to back if there was any trouble ,but at the end of the night one lad would tell us that our drinks had been more expensive than his and we owed him so much ! Back in the day perhaps equal to a two bob piece . It takes all kinds .

Yes reading back T I see your point ,my problem is that everything has such a rosy tint as @Val P says the difference a win has made .

Very true compared with some of the family they are absolutely minted.

We had friends like that. Whenever we would go out with them and others they would pick the most expensive items on the menu and then split the bill. One time we went out they had a really expensive starter, same for the main course. Another couple we were with - and who they knew money was a bit tight for, had one main meal each. They then said the usual, shall we split the bill. I tried to argue but I think the other couple were embarrassed to say no so we split the bill. I was furious.

You won't bloody believe it, she's just done something to her hind paw now today, can't touch it down, I was only 10 mins away. Done my head in that, she's in discomfort and yet again I can't see anything.
She might have jarred it and you wont see anything ,when you get home gently try touching the foot gently and then rub it to see where the discomfort is ,it could be just rest . Remember there is little you can do but no point at all worrying as was said a couple of days ago give it a little time before doing something that might not be needed .Love heals a lot T .Stay strong that man .
