You too AT .

Glorious here as well , in fact I'm up early to do a couple of hours gardening before it gets too hot. 23 degrees forecasted
I spent about 3 hours doing hedges yesterday and am only halfway through. I think I will leave the rest until next week as I am working tomorrow and fancy a lazy day. Gardening is not for the faint hearted!

A late visit today as I have been moving some grow boxes and their related chicken mesh to a more insect friendly aspect. That and stacking some chopped wood inside along with cutting up some pallets for firewood ,I found a heavy wood that they have used and I am not sure what it is .I will plane a piece on the morrow and see what it could be .A few months ago I posted about seeing a capercaillie ,well we had one on the field just by the house at 4 a.m. yesterday .COYB

Afternoon everyone, lovely day here. Out for a walk this morning and took a photo of this tree in a local churchyard. I’m always fascinated by it and wonder how old it is, the trunk and branches are huge. Spot the pigeon’s nest!
