Unfortunately it does. It might be doable if we could get someone to do the school run for us and that’s a big IF. Our son and my brother (would have been his first trip to Goodison) were also coming but they are both unable to make a Thursday night and if we did get to the game I would feel guilty that we were there and they weren’t. I’d even provisionally booked a hotel, I’m so disappointed I’m not sure I’ll watch on TV. I’m big enough to get over it, I feel so sorry for the kids that have had their dream trip snatched away.Oh well the game is off. Not too disappointed tbh I’ll be happy to see a night match replay for the last derby.
Does the cup game time mean that you won’t be able to come @Gwladysover ?
Thanks for that it is my eyesight or the lack of definition but we all know now . I have a good memory so be warned .
With the FA cup being played over so many days now it is very difficult to plan travel in advance. I wanted to go to this myself but it would mean 2 days off school and that is just not happening on my watch.Unfortunately it does. @peteblue new bar in Belfast called the Stock Exchange. The have screens up to watch the price of drinks with the most popular ones going up in price and those less in demand going down in price accordingly. The Irish News reported that Guinness was £4 yesterday although the article suggests this may only have been for a few minutes.
In contrast, the Bittles Bar owner tried to latch onto the Guinness ‘shortage’ by saying he may be forced to charge £10 a pint. He is loving his new notoriety.
I have never heard of a similar bar concept but it sounds fun.
Bars are struggling though. If you can get a crowd in the monetise the punters to buy the drinks not selling then it’s clever. Stags would definitely buy the cheapest and the bar moves on the kegsJesus that place sounds awful

No, not so sure. Yes it’s novel but society has changed massively. Different legal system here is that your Licence is your pension.Or just run a good bar with drinks that sells? Stuff like this is why bars are failing. It's all for social media
They'll be closed in 6 months anyway so it doesn't really matter
