Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

Good morning all on this cold dark one here -18°c yesterday but warmer today .I hope all are well and had a good night ,hopefully this is the start of the working week for the owners and they heave ho the lump of lard that is posing as a football manager that is Sean Dyche .He has me in such a state mentally that I am beginning to believe these players could not play attacking football and that is ridiculous . As I said in the New Manaager thread they should not sack him , just put him out on the training ground listening to his music ,confine him to barracks not give hime a load a cash and time to sunbathe with @Barnfred 55 and the birds .Have a great day all .COYB
There were a lot of birds on display Blue.

Off to see Cape something or other which is the most southerly point on the African continent. Then we're going to see a giant stingray called Parrie who's quite a celebrity down there.

Michele's birthday today so we've had a champagne breakfast and we're going back to the steak restaurant tonight.

Catch you later guys.

Morning all , a few inches of snow up here , like everybody else I presume. Got a trip to the post office to do so will dig out my studded running shoes and leave the car at home, clock up some running miles and get some messages done. Stay safe and cozy everyone and have a great day.

What little snow we had has completely disappeared here in the Midlands…..

Hi everyone,

Good luck to @anjelikaferrett in Belfast - agree with @peteblue once you've driven an auto and all that.

@Barnfred 55 having a great time - brilliant.

So, the rest of us have to suffer the ignominy of another week with Everton in charge. I appreciate that TFG have only had their feet under the table for 3 weeks - but surely they did research and planning - but they are going to have to take decisive action to remove Dyche and appoint a credible manager asap or their massive investment is going to go down the pan.

Cold but sunny today and it's a return to table tennis action tonight with a tough game against top of the table Crosby.

Have a lovely day everyone.

I’m still not so sure Dyche will be in the dugout this Thursday.

It is so cold today but the bright day is a little bonus. Best of luck with the table tennis this evening.

Hi folks. Part of this morning was spent moving car parks from the £16 a night one to the £6.50 a night one. They are next door. It took me 25 minutes ( don't ask) and may have involved a one way street the wrong way.
After that we did the hop on hop off bus trip which was fab and this afternoon was the Titanic Experience. It was amazing and very very emotional. As a visitor attraction I would highly recommend it. I didn't take many pics because I was so engrossed but I did take a few of SS Nomadic- the last remaining White Star Line ship. She was used as a tender for the passengers embarking on the liners at Cherbourg.20250106_152455.webpFirst class seats on Nomadic 20250106_152705.webp

What sites did you see on the bus tour Anj? That’s one thing I have never done.

*Je suis Fred 😀

We started at City Hall, went around the Harland and Wolf Dock, past the Titanic Museum then the University. After that we drove through Shankill Road and Crumlin Road, saw lots of murals and the peace walls built by the army in the 1960s - to keep the two communities apart. There was a lot of stuff. It took just over an hour to do the round trip. You can use the ticket all day.View attachment 28936420250106_175745.webp
