You should come in here more often mate. You'd enjoy it. It's mainly light-hearted but when you do need a little bit of support it's there for you.

It amazes me how well practically all Scandinavian people speak English. Even the youngsters. They must start learning in their infancy.

Yes Fred they start at 7 years old as does the school!! Of course there is a preschool that is really inexpensive as most women work ( 75% or so ) but I helped as a school grandad for a couple of years pre covid and it was for the kids to hear "English" from an Englishman hah But I loved it and back on topic the kids of seven were often fluent and I mean fluent ,it shocked me to have a full blown conversation with a young child who was learning first level maths !
