Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

Frustrating day, I wear dentures as I have a distinct lack of teeth from my drug use days and the other day they snapped in half. Can I find anywhere in the whole of sussex that will take me on as a patient so I can get them fixed, can I fk. I'm gonna end up having to pay private and looking at the prices for what I need the cost is just insane and I don't have it.
I'm sorry to hear about your dental issues, Simon. Here in the US is absurd the amount of money that it cost to go to the dentist that many people forgo visiting but it is creating a lot of other health issues for Americans because of it. Even with health insurance it is very costly, so much that I get my basic work done here but if I ever need major work done is cheaper for me to go to Colombia and visit my dentist there. I hope you can find someone to take you as a patient soon. x

If anyone has grand children around 8 upwards ,here is book that we have read many times and is brilliant .It is by a Dutch writer and about gnomes ,every word is true !.It is only meant for kids who have access to the countryside and it contains so much about nature that they can learn at the same time as having a fun read .
We have it in Finnish and I bought it for my grandkids in English but I suspect there will be many optionsView attachment 151485
Thanks for the suggestion, I bet my daughter would enjoy it.

Now you are going have to explain to me what is a walee, a posh, and a plazzy lol
Right I shall try, the Scousers may pull me up on this if incorrect but Wales is the country Wales lol Posh is what Jazzy has told you, a plazzy is a plastic, not real, fake, wools are people who are perceived as farmers from the hills who tend sheep, woolly backs are sheep so it gets shortened to wool for people.

I hope I am correct that's how I have always understood it.

Good morning peeps, hope you are all fine and dandy today, another early one for me, Daisy up at 5 again, good job it doesn't overly bother me isn't it lol she's a pain.

Have s good day whatever you're doing, not decided what excitement i will be enjoying today myself I have such a busy life lol
Good morning. Ive been up since 5:45 because the cat decided she wanted somebody to play with her! She didn't want to go out, she didn't want her breakfast, she wanted attention. We've got one of those laser pointer things that she loves to chase so I've been doing that. Honestly she's worse than a toddler!

Dear @blue1948 I hope you are staying bundle up along with Mrs. B because those are frigid temperatures. Does your bones hurt when you step outside? or are they already used to it?
No my chin used to go stiff at first but now I am used to it ,when it has been so cold I often go for firewood in a tee shirt when it gets back to zero.
We had a visitor from the UK who went for a walk at minus 12 °he took an orange with him to eat later after a bit he decided to stop and eat the orange but it was frozen and it had been in his coat pocket .

Thanks for the suggestion, I bet my daughter would enjoy it.
@Sassy Colombian it is very informative about plants and animals but I am not sure you will have the same over in the states . On the dental side ,we were on holiday with some Canadians and they went to Belize for their medical care as it was so good and much cheaper .

Horrible stressful work day just over and I will be glad to see it gone. Time for a walk now, baked potato with chilli filling and then an early night.

Hope you all had a better day than I had.

Still, I had one good laugh today as a friend told me how her 2 year old insists on wearing a mask when out. The Mum has now resorted to greeting complete strangers with the expression ‘It’s not my fault, she won’t take it off’.

?
Hope today is better for you.
