Not my normal chirpy self this morning ,what a shambles .I have never like FSW but in ways I have tried to reason his plan but yesterday he once again played a player with no chance of playing well .Effectively we are a man down to start .
Keane's own goal can happen to anyone but he is not the centre half we need ,before we signed him Lukaku made a show of him and I hoped he would not sign ,he has never changed my mind .
He continuallyleaves us outnumbered in midfield . I just hope he goes if he doesn't then Ferguson should go ,what is he doing I ask you ?
It is like watching a blind man driving a three wheeled bus in reverse .

I’ve got the wooden carving jig for putting a whole ham leg on ( I live in Andalucia) but as I live alone I generally go to my local butcher and have it carved fresh

Good morning folks. Feeling much more normal this morning. The healthy eating and fitness kicks off tomorrow in earnest. Even my 'fat' clothes are a bit snug. Feel free to join a rousing chorus of " you fat bstrd" as additional motivation for me! I was watching a clip of a comedian documenting his weight loss experience. He said at the start he measured round his middle and realised he could wear Danny de Vito as a belt. I thought that was so funny!

Hope yesterday went well Fred and also you found somewhere to have your tea. Was thinking about you.

I'm doing overtime again. While the additional income is great and not to be sniffed at, it is really just papering over the cracks as to how chronically understaffed we are. I don't think I've had a flat month's pay for about a year and a half.

I also don't like it when people lose their jobs. Even football managers However I'm willing to put that aside for Benitez. Even the thickest of skins would find it hard not to be affected by so much toxicity. It's time for him to go.

No plans today. It looks a bit dull out there and cold. Not Finland cold but there is ice.

I didn’t really come on yesterday so I didn’t see this , I’m so sorry . I can only send you my good thoughts Fred and hope you got through your day as well as you good . it feels special to be included by seeing the photo and I can see what you had was so special .
