Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

I'm all good now, had a bad few days but I'm out the otherside.

Thanks for all your concern everyone appreciate it.
Great to hear from you T. Can't deny I was getting a bit worried. Good to see you're feeling better.

Best to stay out of the Everton forum altogether when it get's like this, which is all too often lately. I often go a week or more without venturing in there but still come in the ale house threads for some company and dialogue. You're on your own too so I know you'll understand. Keeps me sane sometimes lol

Thanks Fred, I can't be doing with it the anger and getting at each other so when I feel I'm also doing it, I have to come away. I enjoy coming in the alehouse but sometimes I need a reset and keep away from the madness lol

Thankfully the temperature hasn't been overly bad so I've been upping the walk time for little Daisy bug and trying to get out of the house a bit more.

Glad you are feeling better. I never go in the Everton forum. Far too scary. Sometimes a break is good for the soul. I binned off my Twitter account because of the toxicity. There's some real weirdos on there. A 65 year old Evertonian from Yorkshire also started stalking me - creepy as anything. The only thing I miss is the account belonging to the Merseyside police horses who are just gorgeous and the account is lovely.
The police horses used to come past my house in Mossley Hill all the time on the way back to their barracks on Mather Avenue. There was this gorgeous brown and white horse, think they're called Piebald, that looked like it had come straight out of an American western.

Just had a phone call from the doctor. He says he has diagnosed what is wrong with me. Fluid on the lung, am getting some tablets this afternoon. Coincidence - Her indoors had the same last month and had to have her lungs drained. My sister also had same a couple of months ago and she managed with tablets. Will be pleased to get it sorted as I am awake half the night with breathing difficulties.
Good to see you have a diagnosis. M. If I'm not mistaken there's a correlation between fluid on the lungs and pneumonia, and you certainly don't want that so hopefully the treatment works quickly. Make sure you stay safe with all this covid about mate.

I need to be doing more walking. Apparently it was glorious down here the week I was up in Liverpool. Cold and sunny, but that is ideal walking weather. Since I've been back it's returned to the "mizzle" that dominates this regions weather over winter but isn't great for getting out and about.

Hey guys, back again. had too take a break the anger and bickering in esector was getting too me. I'll try and catch up asap. Hopefully we get a new manager today.
Good to see you back again T and glad you're feeling better.

Loads of cranks and WUMs in the Everton forum, at the moment. It's toxic in there. I pop in occasionally for updates, but can't remember the last time I posted anything in there. Probably best for your mental health to avoid it for now.

I love whacking the headphones on and having a good walk. depending on my mood either music or a book on audible. Only problem is I probably shout and having a naughty beagle I shout a lot lol She's bombed me off just now and has inserted herself under the duvet lol

I thought today would be a good day to come back on given what's happening, Moshiri really needs to get this right. Has to be a young Lampard for me, Dunc was shocking against Villa and is nowhere near good enough with his 442.

Good to hear you've had a diagnosis and hopefully the pills start working quickly.

Also, good luck to Mrs M for her surgery next week.

Agreed mate. I knew when I saw the team against Villa we'd struggle and, from the shortlist of managers we're supposedly looking at, it's got to be Lampard. You just never know with Moshiri though.
