I thinks it’s the primeval thing that @blue1948 mentioned the other day re sheltering undercover from rain being a real comfort. I think we are just pre-attuned to associate darker nights with getting home and staying warm.
5am is also my time for getting up most of the week. The peace and quiet at that time is just bliss.
Light nights and spring/summer football is one of my simple pleasures I must say. A great way to de-stress is to lie on a sunny grass bank and just take in the game ?

You could do yoga , flower arranging, pilates to name 3. Only what 1 minutes walk away?
5 is too early even for me T.
However getting in the gym for 7am is great.

2nd Feb. Mina thread. She got into a spat with Goat who was quite offensive towards her.
Fred was very supportive and gave her good advice.

A perma ban holy crap. I remember reading that, there was absolutely nothing perma ban worthy said on her side and I noticed someone charged in with threats but didn't realise that was the interaction she got it for what a load of BS that it she was a good poster, she'll be missed in here. Out of order man.
