Morning coffee shop clan lol Just had a nice walk around the docks, beautiful blue sky but the wind chill is pretty bad, Daisy behaved like a Richard head so she's in my bad books and now she's sulking because she hasn't had her daily dentastix but it's her own fault as she is utterly relentless at times eating crap off the floor.

One thing about owning a scent hound is they find every bit of thrown away food and rubbish and you actually realise just how dirty the place is. My town is filthy, the amount of waste/dog crap and broken glass on the streets is disgusting.

Being a walker I go all over and funnily enough in the posher parts of town the streets get cleaned much more regular there's far less rubbish about. Who'd have thought eh, poorer [people being penalised, well I never, almost like our council tax doesn't matter, not that I am paying it currently but that's beside the point, I have paid plenty.

Sad to say my numerous attempts at posting have all resulted in failure. When it comes to technology I'm just a bit of a dinosaur I'm afraid. But I'm comfortable with that Sass. A nice Angus steak with mushrooms, peppers and onions Lovely.

I had rib-eye with chips last night (with English mustard of course). Was going to have onion rings too but when I got them out of the freezer they didn't look too healthy so I binned them. I think I left them out of the freezer too long last time I had some. One of them, phone call in the middle of cooking tea.

Have to say the steak (which I believe was Irish) was very nice and cooked to perfection. I cook mine on a grill pan for 3 minutes either side. I make sure the meat is room temperature and baste it with avocado oil and sea salt and black pepper about an hour before cooking, then let it rest for 5 minutes before eating.

Fewwwwming! And not just about the awful refereeing today. As you know we are in Liverpool. Booked two rooms at the Hampton by Hilton at the airport. Not enough room for us all at my Dads.Was actually one of the cheapest options but it hass still cost £212. Liverpool on a Saturday night is crazy money.The Travelodge on Aigburth Road was £140 a night! Checked in which took forever because the keys wouldn't load up. Then discover that it is £10 to park for the night. What a bloody rip off.

Think I only paid £240 in total for 6 nights back In January Anj, which included £76 for the Saturday. And the RS were at home.

Weirdly one of the worst gigs i ever went to.
He sounded ace, obviously, but it was for some weird album he done and didn’t play any of the classics.

I love pineapple with anything especially sweet and sour sauce.

Not a fan of cooked pineapple although I absolutely love it as a fruit. The one exception is at Brazilian BBQs when it is served with spit roasted gammon. The pineapple is usually charred and the sweetness really compliments the salty gammon.

Tuna on top of Hawaiian pizza? It doesn’t sound to appealing to me. But the pineapple with balsamic does and it will definitely give that a try. I love balsamic too

Hmmm I never knew that about scent hounds, interesting fact but I’m sure it is not so fun having her all sorts of crap during your walks.

I’m suffering at the thought that with my new job I’m not always going to watch the matches live any longer especially when they happen during the week, such as the one that’s happening on Thursday. But those are such as the sacrifices I knew I had to make if I took the full-time job.

Hello all, another glorious day. Nothing planned for today so will go for a walk later, just to put things into perspective.
