Don't apologise mate. It took me almost a week to get over my trip to Liverpool and I'm relatively healthy.

Good to see you enjoyed Saturday night and you're feeling better today.
 
Good morning @messymascot, fred and all blues. Glad you had a great day with the boys messy. I hope yous can make it a regular thing, its great to slow down and catch up with friends. I bet yous all had a great time catching up again. ?Have you a distraction planned for tonight or are you going to put yourself through the anguish of watching the blues tonight??

Sleeping and eating well mate. Active with paperwork to focus my mind plus I've always been good at parking problems at the back of my mind and not brooding.

Problem is I miss her so much, which is only to be expected when you've been together 24/7 for over 30 years.

Went for lunch with my neighbours yesterday and ended up there for 5 hours so I'm not shutting myself away.

Need some milk so will pop down to the local shop later. Hopefully the weather will improve so I can get out for some proper walks and also tidy up the garden as we have a couple of overhanging trees.

You're doing well.mate, hope the weather improves so we can all get out for a walk.
I'm going down to Merseyside tomorrow for an impromptu visit to see my mam and dad, they're 86 and 82 now , it will be great to see them but I feel more guilty as I get older if I leave it too long between visits and it's also more difficult saying goodbye.
 

Happy match day @messymascot and fellow Evertonians. I am feeling good about our lineup, it is great no seeing Rondon starting this evening. I’m feeling hopeful for a win, 3-1 sounds like the ideal score and would allow us to have the same points that United so let’s do it Blues.

BTW, I’m glad to read that you had a fun time with your lads on Saturday. Xx
