Holgate is already a much better player than Keane.

hes only spent 1 season in the prem with burnley and we lost 2-1 away and won 3-1 at home i think, dont remember him being too bad either. if we didnt buy anyone lukaku had scored against we wouldnt have bought pickford for example. he scored like 24 that season

Tbf pickford let in over 60 odd goals this season gone.

Keane won young player of the year at Man U ahead of Jesse Lingard, 4 England caps, around 100 prem appearances, nominated for PFA young player of the year in 2016/7.

Doesn't sound crap, he was just one of many in our squad that had a poor season last year and deserves a chance in a settled team.

Holgate can move, Keane is about as mobile as Ashley Williams.
