The first goal sums him up for me.

It was a great pass by Mane obviously but Keane slows down and starts looking at the linesman. Even after that Origi still takes some time to go beyond Pickford and Keane has come to a standstill. He could have quite easily done the same as what Holgate did against Mane in the second half but he chose to stop and look at the linesman who probably wouldn't raise his flag anyway because VAR is there.

In short he is an utter simpleton.
