I don't even get what Keane though was going to happen here. There was a simple outball to the right and instead he waddles to the half way line into 4 of the best footballers on the planet with no options and loses the ball. What did he think was going to happen?

When hes on form i think the entire forum agrees hes good in a deep defence.
Anything aside from good form and/or playing a little higher...asking him to marshall the defence as the senior centre back...any loss of confidence...playing out from the back etc

....I’ve been consistent in my criticism of him, even when he plays well so here’s my take:
I‘d be amazed if Keane isn’t here next season. I’d be very happy if we shift him, but I can’t see it happening. We have priorities elsewhere. Keane is better than Holgate (I have continually said he’s not a starter to much criticism on here). If we go into next season with Godfrey, Mina, Keane & Branthwaite I think that’ll do for now.
If we get a top RB in, it will actually help Keane.
