I havent backed him for ages Zat, so dont be weird, when he was playing well, which he did, I considered him a decent player, but I have on numerous times stated that I currently only really like 3 or 4 players from this current squad.

I dont think Keane is any good, I dont think Gomes is any good and I dont think Delph is any good, those are 3 players I thought at some point were decent players and could possibly do a job for us.

But to clarify, on todays date which is the 1st Feb 2022, the following players I consider good players and would back them :

DCL, Richarlison, Gray, Pickford.

The following players I like, but not as much as the first section :

Godfrey, Townsend

I have major doubts about every single player not mentioned above and wouldnt care less if they were sold in the next window.

The above over-rides everything I have ever said in the past, due to it being my latest statement, only an idiot keeps the same opinion on things when evidence stacks high enough to not ignore.

The signings made this month are too new for me to assess.

If your saying Mina and Godfrey to start, then your hoping for half a season without Mina getting injured. You know Keane will be back in at some point.

I'm made up that Lampard has taken charge, but he has still got the absolute dross that we had before to work with.
Yes we have added a little bit of sparkle to the midfield if he can get a tune out of them, others have tried and failed though.
I just don't see how we can stop shipping goals with the same personnel.
Like everyone else, I thought our priority was a grock in a defensive midfield position.
