With his experience and CV he should be the one whipping the side into shape. He should have the stature and the balls to be the captain. But he as much admits to needing to be cheered on like an sn 8 year old with his parents watching.

Hope Frank can straighten him out at least enough to keep us up and then dump him on a side in some league that Vitor Periera might coach in

Never doubted this bloke ever, he's a great prem centre half. I have severly doubted the systems he's had to play in under no marks.

Today all of Keane, Holgate, and Coleman were good.

I hold my hand up and say I was wrong for this match, and Frank was spot on with his team selection and that was Iwobi's best match since he arrived.

So let's see if they can consistently produce these performances before we start gloating because all you are going to do is make yourself look like an idiot if this is a once-off.

He was great the first half of last season also. I liked his aggression and grit today especially battling to win that bullet header he scored with.
