That reserve price of £69,000 a week is going to stall any bidding I suspect, apart from a bloke called Neil in Milton Keynes who will pull out 12hrs later after his Mum stops his pocket money.
Seriously unless someone is willing to cough up 50% of his wages in a loan deal we might as well keep him as a squad player. One "risk" is only those in the bottom quarter of the Prem are going to think about it, a season ago that's why we refused to let Southampton loan him as they were seen as competition. Hopefully that's changed.

Unpopular opinion but if we're only going to get rid of one of Keane or Holgate, I'm praying it's Holgate. Keane is terrible but Holgate is truly horrific now. We're going to need four CBs at the club and I can't see us signing another so one of Holgate or Keane will still be here.
