He was bad today, no question, but a couple things to consider. Ashley Williams and Cuoco Martina might be the two worst defenders at their respective positions we've had since, well, honestly, I cannot remember. He was bad, but trying to play with those two makes it nearly impossible.

So to me, he's not that bad. I think we'd see that with an upgrade at CB and LB. But that has to happen pronto.

I am confident Keane will be a success for you if the right manager is appointed. He had a few dodgy games in his first season at Burnley but was almost flawless in his 2nd and 3rd seasons. Must be a confidence issue and didn't he have a nasty leg infection recently?

I really get where you're coming from but the problem is that this lad's shortcomings don't have much to do with those around him.

I'd give him a free pass for the positional aspect of his play right now because the other defenders are a mess, but why has he forgotten how to tackle? Why is he so terrified of doing anything other than watching players go past him?

Haven’t seen anything in him yet to suggest he is going to be a great buy. He’s weak, he always seem to be on his heel and he’s not the best in the air.

Hope he gets improves obviously and becomes the next Baresi.

Think he has the ability to come good, he’s cost so much that he needs to be the finished article and he isn’t that right now.

We can’t afford passengers right now though. Don’t think he has the ability to do a job for us right now, goes to show that I’m [Poor language removed] terrified every single game he plays against a premier league attack.

Our entire defence is just an absolute horror show. I reckon if Keane was playing in a top quality back 4, like an AC Milan or something , he would look good.

But he’s playing with Ashley Williams who is possibly and probably the worst centre half Everton have had in the premier league era. We need someone that can do the job now.
