Fk off Mike. Absolute piss. Why don’t you go to Switzerland and book yourself in for a euthanasia session?

ThisBad player at a bad club with no confidence because he realised he’s massively out of his depth
Honestly, I don't think either Williams or Martina have been consistently better than Keane - but I guess that's something that's going to be subjective.
Williams looks to be completely finished and should never play a competitive first team game for Everton again. He seems to have settled into the idea that he should no longer challenge for the ball, he just plays the player (and he was doing the same for Wales in the games I watched recently). Should've been sent off last night, and even for their 4th (or 5th can't remember) goal if it hadn't gone in it should've been another pen. I'd play a 16 year old dubutant at centreback before I'd name Williams again.
Martina is just bang average, but playing in that left back role he's put in far worse performances than Keane.
I reckon Keane's Everton career will have a similar trajectory as Baines' (who struggled to get in the team ) when he joined initially.
Either he's fit and plays, or unfit then he shouldn't be playing. Last night he was dreadful.Hasn't the poor guy just recovered from a nasty leg infection? The flesh-eating kind?
Baines couldn't get in the team because Lescott was doing well at left back.
Keane is our first choice centre back and bad as he has been, there is no one to take that place off him
When exactly has he had an excellent game? He hasn't impressed in a single game, people were just desperate to try and justify our transfer dealingsYes, but as Baines settled and put in some good performances we were able to move Lescott to CB - it took pretty much a full season though. Maybe I'm mis-remembering but I recall Baines having some really ropey performances at the beginning..... so much so that I specifically remember giving out that he was in the Everton calendar in his first season - to which my brother told me 'ah be quiet, he'll end up a club legend and will still be playing left back for us long after the rest of that defense is gone'.
Anyway, I'm not going to write Keane off 9 league appearances in a side completely bereft of confidence... especially when in the early games under Koeman he looked to be one of the two signings that settled quickly (along with pickford). Keane certainly hasn't been rubbish is every game he's played - he's had a few excellent performances.. just not since the end of September.
