I joined the glasses crew last week, kept being told I was squinting at the computer screen at work so went and got my eyes tested. Started wearing them this week and don't really notice a huge difference, wondering if the longer I wear them my natural eyesight will deteriorate quicker.

Only wear them when you are struggling. Take them off when not reading. Don't become reliant. That'll come naturally.
