Nothing to say against the team today...just that bit of quality missing that spurs had last week. Quality cost money...can't believe we did not get another creative player in Jan.We have a fight in our hands for holding of for 7th. Forget top 6 as we don't have the squad to compete.

Thought we did alright first half. Second half was frustrating to say the least, the amount of hoofing going on reminded me of those poor games back in November. But for all the frustration, Boro didn't really do much. We still had enough chances to win that and would have done so on another day.

Need to beat Sunderland and not lose at Spurs if we are serious about catching the teams above us.

Lukaku not at his best at all today/Lookman should have scored there chances, boro should have been down to 10 with 30 mins left,Joel made that wonder save that kept it 0-0,suppose fair result really not the best of games, cant win them all,so if you dont win,you off course dont want to lose, keeps the decent run going, man utd were always going to be hard to catch for me next in the table, think 6th at the most we will end, expecting 7th,and just hoping we dont go down if west brom keep doing well

Not sure how I feel about this one...

Boro could be one of the worst footballing sides in PL history. They are horrible. But... on the other hand, we've just been outplayed by one of the worst footballing sides in PL history.

See the balloon heads are out in force again. Good point that with 3 out of the next 4 games at home. unbeaten in last 8 games. Valdes saved them from defeat with some good stops. We march on.
I think the disappointment is more about that we need to win that game to have any chance of top 6. We are now 7 behind man Utd and if liverpool win 8 behind them and even though we have winnable fixtures coming up you can't help but feel we've now left ourselves too much to do.
So from one perspective bad conditions, dogged opposition so good point but given our situation it's two dropped.
