Hard to tell if that's even the design of the dress anyway. How it is worth a mention in the gossip section is beyond me.Any images of that?

There's a lot of people in the same boat as me so there will be a lot of people leaving starting soon. I don't think they're actually bothered about it though.Any company that doesn't recognise staff who
a) put in extra effort; and
b) outperform their targets as a consequence
doesn't deserve to retain said staff.
Get a job offer on the table mate, ideally from a competitor. Then go back to your current boss and tell him to pony up the pay rise or you'll walk.
