Nah it's the principal principle of it. I shouldn't have to resort to doing things like that.
Any company that doesn't recognise staff who

a) put in extra effort; and
b) outperform their targets as a consequence

doesn't deserve to retain said staff.

Get a job offer on the table mate, ideally from a competitor. Then go back to your current boss and tell him to pony up the pay rise or you'll walk.
 

Just been sent a video of a lad I was mates with when I was younger. It is one of those sting videos where they catch paedos and he was the latest one. Shocked, would have kicked his head in all those years ago if I knew.
 
It is the most disappointing and most unnewsworthy thing EVER. Basically one button on the back of her dress comes undone, showing roughly 2 inches of back. Maybe less. Hard to tell if that's even the design of the dress anyway. How it is worth a mention in the gossip section is beyond me.

Agree, I was hoping to at least get a little glimpse of her two from the top

There's a lot of people in the same boat as me so there will be a lot of people leaving starting soon. I don't think they're actually bothered about it though.
