minor things that make you fume

The price of print cartridges. Outrageous.
It must be the biggest racket going just about.

No mate it isn't;)

Reminds me of one of my 'mates' that. In the 15 years I've known him I can't remember him even once buying a round. Needless to say I don't see him much any more.

One of my mates " was " like this, but what he'd do, was always get the last round in and by then everyone would be on their way and had forgotten who actually started the round off. He'd then claim that he'd got a round in and dodge it that way.

We fixed this when a gang of us went to Dublin for the weekend and barred him from rounds, citing the many many examples of him round dodging. This meant that he had to spend the whole weekend queuing at bars that where sometimes five deep every time he wanted a drink. He ended up pleading to be allowed back in the round.

He learnt his lesson lol

I print a load of postage labels out at home and eventually gave up and bought one of the Epson printers with small ink tanks rather than cartridges. 3 times the price of my old printer but has paid for itself and more within a year - especially with the unofficial ink refills on Ebay and the like.

I did similar with my razor. Sacked cartridges off and bought an old fashioned double edge. The razor costs more but at a tenner for a hundred blades it's a no-brainer in the long run. Fresh blade every other shave and it's still cheaper than cartridges which I'd try and squeeze too many shaves out of after they'd lost their edge.

Meetings for the sake of it annoy me no end. I think some people keep them going so they can sit in a room for 2 hours listening to the sound of their own voice.

Sit at the back with a like minded wummer and play " wank word bingo ".

I always found that made meetings about nothing more bearable.

Ps - just remember not to shout HOUSE of there's a winner lol

Fad words. The latest one seems to be 'bare' which just seems to mean 'very'. People seem to scramble to use these words as much as possible before dropping them when they get overused as they're not cool and exclusive any more.

Seems like the word 'lit' isn't bare cool anymore so it's been replaced.
