minor things that make you fume

Anyone ever had this? It's fkin painful.

Yes, got it now in the bursal sac located near the left hip. Painful. It makes the surrounding muscles feel stiff and sore when moving, climbing stairs in particular. I first had it ten years ago when I had a hip replacement on the right side and the specialist nurse suggested vigorous massage over the site of the bursal sac would give a measure of relief. (Use E45 or similar to stop the skin from getting inflamed by the rubbing.) It works but can come back after a week or so.

I had prescribed codeine and naproxen, codeine knocked me out, naproxen sorted me out after three days worth of dosage. That was extremely painful.

Here's one to ponder.
One of my neighbours has just raised hell because we painted the side of the fence panels that face onto the side of my driveway. He says that the fence was paid for and erected by him some years before we bought our house and we had no right to interfere with the fence. The reason we painted the thing in the first place was due to the fact last year while we were away on our jollies, he decided to repaint our side and did such a botched job on repainting the thing that it looked awful so we took it on ourselves to bring it up to a reasonable standard. So he's kicked off big style saying I had no right to paint it. For the record, not one drop of our different coloured paint was visible on his side. I kind of took the view that as he would not see any of my side of the fence, what did it matter to him.
Me, I'm relaxed about the whole episode but is he being an arse or what?
Send him a little present through his letterbox
If you know what I mean

How spooky is this?
My left hip suddenly giving me trouble showing everyone of the symptoms from that NHS site.
Since it flared up a few weeks ago, me being a drama queen has had me down for a hip replacement. I thought it may be sciatica as one of the things is that what feels like a nerve from the base of my spine through my hip and downwards to my ankle, makes it feel like my leg is about to give way.

As I have fairly severe asthma I can't take the anti inflammatory drugs and codeine works but slows down my digestive system, as does another drug I take, leaving me in danger of constipation. No easy choices in life!

Happy Father’s Day, Dad. You’re not on Facebook, but I’m going to put it on here with a photo of you anyway because I want everyone to see it because I’m a ‘like’ whore that needs attention.
The ones I hate are the "Just a warning I seed a forgin lookin fella he was a bit brown and was parked up by the skool in a white van keep an eye on ya kids"

Welcome to Bursitis Corner! Sciatica is a sharp pain down the leg which lasts for a while and goes but comes back quite quickly, and unpredictably. Neither are pleasant. Best to go to the surgery if it lasts.
