minor things that make you fume

Socks ?
Shoes?
Try changing socks more frequent even washing won't clear some fungus.
Better fitting shoes .
Don't keep wearing the same footwear.
Soak your feet ,showering doesn’t clean your feet to well.
Let yiur feet breath whenever you can
I do all that and use decent spray too, but I go trail running in the mud and wet most days.

Other than when the weather`s like this, my feet spend up to an hour every day in wet and muddy trainers, which obs warm up due to running too and make it perfect for it to thrive.

Buy a cheap pair of running shoes to alternate?
(I know us blues would never buy cheapos but needs must)

The whole idea of vegan FISH and chips and other such attempts to mimic non-vegan/vegetarian food, yet retain their original name, really irritates me.

I have no issue with vegan and vegetation food, in fact a percentage of my food is vegetarian or vegan, but it baffles me why people have to keep their name.

"Oh, your vegan fish and chips looks lovely". It's not fish - it's tofu. Vegetarian chicken? No, it's not chicken but Quorn.

I don't think you can get rid of it, as long as you keep running in mud and wet. It's impossible to keep your feet dry ; even if you use special socks that resemble glorified plastic bin bags. After a while you're basically running around with fungus infected shoes and socks. Some won't clear up after washing, so you'll have to go to the pharmacist for a special powder to kill it.

Cheers, I have tried every powder and spray known to mankind.

Even when it clears up, I keep using the sprays etc, however it always comes back.

It`s incredibly annoying.

Understandably, it's probably worse in the summer with the heat and humidity. In Mexico they run around on sandals, might ventilate your feet but don't know about the effect on your joints etc..
