I once met him at Lansdowne Rd with my then wife. She didn’t know who he was, so I bigged him up, watching his ego inflate. I then introduced him as Matthew Kelly, who was under some kind of Yewtree investigation at the time. He can’t take a joke.

It`s illegal mate.

It`s a public road and the only people allowed to do it are the Old Bill etc

We get this in our road too.

I usually pick the cones up and politely place them in the driveway of the nutter who put the cones out.

Although we did have a persistent offender, who just kept putting them back, so I set fire to them with white spirit.

People parking outside my house, is very annoying !

The cards were used in the stores petrol station.
I reviewed the cctv, got superb images of the smack rat who spent on the cards. I got the make, model and registration of the car he was driving.

The Police phoned me back to say they are filing the case as it's not in the public interest to persue it as the bank will refund the money back to the aggrieved.

Genuinely amazed.

the police are utterly useless unless its a crime against a snowflake or similar..
