I was stuck behind someone this morning doing 27 in a 30 zone and even though it is only a 3mph difference, it proper did my head in.

27mph I can live with.. 17mph and they can’t see over the steering wheel..

That's what i enjoy about living in an old Roman town, very historical round here and they have to leave all that stuff alone, lots of the side streets still cobbled stones, all the CCTV stuff is well out of sight so as not to disturb the look of the town.
