The senior management is weak as piss here.

That sounds just about right, snr management don't back you up when they should.

Yep toxic place to work. Genuinely thought some people higher up literally did nothing at all.

It is rewarding but it takes its toll. It’s a very stressful place to work.

I’ve been on four sites as a manager now and this is the first one where I haven’t had a senior manager/director screaming in my face so I quite like it here.

Heart FM has been the radio station of choice in the office for this week and I've heard Sam Smith singing at least 600 times with the elephant man (James Arthur) a close second on 599 times. They're everywhere and their songs are absolutely abysmal.
