And they keep telling us crime's going down. That's because no one bothers to report it any more because there are so few police about and they're so busy that there's nil chance of their catching offenders.
...these days lots of folk have cameras in cars and on their houses, that’s the way it’s going. My daughter is on holiday in Mexico at the moment and asked me to nip to hers and pop the cover back on her barbecue because it blew off in the wind. She could see it on her phone. Technology amazes me.

When you keep your car nice and try to look after it only to end up being an avid collector of dents and scrapes thanks to people in car parks not knowing how to park. They never leave a note or an apology like.
Also had some toss pot working on the house who put a large and deep dent in the rear passenger door with his ladder only to then literally drive off (run away) when a simple knock on the door to let us know would have done. I can't stand sly cowards.

Getting to the gym and finding out sauna is knackered again.
The reason being someone once again threw water onto the elements.

A work mate had someone bump into her car yesterday in our car park and drive off, serious bodywork damage.( A supermarket)
She asked me to find who did it for her on our cctv.
Luckily I did, I used our ANPR to verify etc and it's now in the hands of the police and the insurance.
I hope the driver contests it too as it's bang on footage.

US model is better - contract is the very first step. Mind you what really makes me fume is the fees charged by US real estate agents! 6% for doing whate xactly? last time I acted as my own agent and it took me in all less than 8 hours total.
