German trains.

I would say that 9/10 of my trips are late by at least a minute, about 8/10 trains are 5 or more minutes late. On Saturday I took 4 trains, every single one late, the first one 3 minutes (my connection was 13 minutes so no issues), second one arrives 15 minutes late. On the way back, the first one was 5 minutes (A half an hour connection, so again no issues) and then the final train was 5 minutes late arriving.

It is just the norm now and you have to make sure that the journey is planned properly but it is still annoying.
