minor things that make you fume


Trying to look at our Virgin Media bill / contract...

Mrs CT opted to use her work email address when setting up the account. This email address is now the primary email address for the Virgin account and the only one that has access to online billing, contracts and all the other stuff we need to look at. Secondary accounts, such as the one linked to my easily accessible personal email account, are not able to view the financial stuff.

Mrs CT failed to take into account that she wouldn't be working there for ever. Nor does she know the password she used attached to that email address. I've explained why password recovery won't work if she can't access that work email.

I think she believes it's still my fault.
