I think this is the thing that annoys me the most in the whole world. Some of the guys in my work are absolute animals and just chew with their mouths wide open. You can hear them from 5 metres away.

I'd easily do a ten stretch for stabbing their friggin eyes out with a fork, annoying, dragged up, disgusting scum.

You may have a point. It was early in the night though, and plenty of fitties around. All good. I'm just surprised I was able to string two sentences together in the state I was in. Think the face paint probably helped cover up my twitching.

Yep, you can get card machines that attach to your phone these days, so unless you're in a 3g dead spot, there's absolutely no excuse to not accept cards these days.

Before a TV programme when the announcer says "the following programme contains some scenes which some people might find upsetting". Some scenes? Some people? What type of scenes? What type of people? The announcer never says anything to elaborate, so somebody who might find something upsetting is really none the wiser what is ahead and might be unnecessarily shocked when it happens. Which rather defeats the whole point of it.

If a programme doesn't have this warning, it usually isn't worth watching.

my work. happy for me to run with a huge project, until it comes to undermine us and act like superiors so they take it away from me. Now 4 weeks later they cone back to me and they are now stressing about due to all the urgent and last minute work that needs to be done! none of them have a clue, only I know what's happening yet everyone is happy to manage a project with no information because they get paid more than me.

ffs I'm the one doing all the work, why even get involved.
