The tube's alright once you get used to it. Was unbelievably confused the first few times I was on it.

I lived down there for 4 years and pretty much avoided it . Used the bus most of the time because I mainly stuck to north London and the city . Though the tube will be needed this weekend as my plans are spread out all over London .

The tube makes way more sense than Paris and other european ones, where their lines are names after the two termini stations, meaning you have to scour the map looking for the stations that constitute your line before you can work out which direction to go. At least its just North/East/West/Southbound in London.
