"Disciplined"?? What - You mean they got told to say sorry and promise not to do it again?

• No further action was taken against a former front desk enquiry officer, a call handler and a police constable

The call handler I could understand, the other cunstable, I don't know about, but the front desk plod??

I don't like coppers.

No-one with a functioning brain does mate. The way they treat the public with open hostility is bad enough, but whenever one of them goes too far they all close ranks and protect each other. Shambolic individuals with no shred of decency.

Those people (can't call them what I really call them or I'll get banned) who park across two spaces in car parks, like in Asda and places like that.
I always feel like waiting and kicking off when they show up but I never do :/

Supermarket car parks are just bad bad places full stop.

Probably got more chance of a crash in there than out in the road. Mixture of bad design - too many spaces squeezed in so as to get as many cars in as possible, making reversing out particularly difficult or old dears in Micras who just can't drive !

Yep, and then you always get some @@@@ who leaves those trolleys in the middle of nowhere, the wind blows and it runs away and scratches some poor @@@@'s car.
I just don't like supermarkets full stop.

lovely suprise in work today.

Whilst i was off we had an email about doing something and my wonderful colleague has taken it apon themselves to undermine me to them, claim i had made a mess of the work and changed it all.

Except the way they have done it is massively wrong. so them being a smart arse and again treating me like i cannot do my own job properly, they have in fact ruined the whole thing which actually was very simply done in the first place!

and the real kicker of it is, its from who sent the request as to why it looked all over the place when they ask for changes. So my collegue has looked at that and not the original work done and therefore got it in their head i had ballsed it up.

And people wonder why i hate working here.

Yeah, as I understand it, it wasn't the original work that was done wrong that got corrected incorrectly and now the person who originally did it looks stupid, but the work that was fixed wasn't fixed correctly and the original one was correct but now looks incorrect. Or was it the other way round?

Just realised the irony that I've made a mistake in my own post criticising his ability. I'm glad you've all glossed over that.

basically mate, the way i done it was nice and simple. My collegue has basically undermined me whilst i was off, completely wrecked what i have done and in the process in communications made me sound like i had ballsed it up.

so in one swift move made me sound incapable despite the sheer amount of work i did for them in the first place, but completely wrecked it based on terrible information. And nothing will be said to them about it i can guarantee it.

Which is why i am going to have a word with my superior today and basically say this is horribly undermining, which needs to be sorted out if i have any value in my own team.

No,as understand it,it was the original work that was done correctly but incorrectly corrected the person who corrected it whilst trying to be a smart arse looks stupid but the original work remains incorrect because that was not the piece that had been incorrectly corrected therefore the original recipient (Ash) hadn't had an opportunity to correct it understands it is incorrect and is now pessed off.
