It is just a bit frustrating because anything i bring up i just get back 'they say that about you', they do not realise they are dismissing everything i say , and even 'looking like im just causing trouble'.

Sounds like a prime constructive dismissal material, this. A manager unwilling to acknowledge your concerns, turning it back on you and claiming you're a disruptive influence. Almost certain to impact any hopes of career progression.

Log everything. Then quit, and take them to the cleaners.

Who verifies that the things some people share are true? It could be ruining a poor, innocent person's life.

Usually the brain dead that share such things, but mud sticks as they say.
