minor things that make you fume

When you see these young mothers, ciggy hanging out their gob, texting away to someone, and a little kid walking behind or in front on a really busy road, makes me feel sick to think what could happen.

Place/kid's team called Overchurch on the Wirral (Near the woodchurch/Upton)....Full of scruffy dads in vests (With last week's dinner & ale stains down them) and jogging bottoms...Few years back, they were renowned for being the biggest knobends around at the kid's football...Screaming obscenities at the oppo team's kids, the parents (Usually the ma's or the odd dad on his own) and threatening the referee/oppo coach(es)

Crew of us from New Brighton went up to Arrowe park pitches a few years back - they were soon piped down once we mixed in among them, the meffs.

Not one dig thrown, just words in ears....'thouses.

I was at a Summer league match recently, where the opposition team had two dads removed from the side line for their behaviour and the ref was on the cusp of abandoning the game.

The two dads instructed ( with swearing ) their kids not to shake hands with the ref or my lads team at the end of the match. Pathetic.

Uber fan/dads.

Were probly cack at sport themselves when kids, so they're living their sad little wasted lives through their kid's exploits on the pitch. Best thing to do in that situation is go past them and say 'good game' then just smile at them as you stroll on by. :)

Got back in the gym this morning after a month out and pulled my back on the very first rep of a deadlift despite going through a thorough stretch/warm up, FFS.
Been unable to go running for nearly a month due to something going ping in my knee, felt ready to try it out last night, knew within 100yds that it wasn't 100%, and now suffering from exactly the same pain I experienced the first time. Might have to see a doctor about it.

Bang goes my hopes of running a half-marathon in Sept. Absolutely gutted.
