Most are on facebook though and others are retrievable if I want them.

FWIW you can buy rather nifty memory sticks these days that have both regular and micro USB sockets on them, so you can back up your mobile files.

Or get a dropbox account.

2 I can understand, maybe 3, as I used to have one before work and one mid-afternoon, but the early one stopped a while ago so it's just the one.

But 4? That's just weird.

Just have nowhere apart from online to back them up to and I upload most of them to Facebook anyway so they are backed up there technically.

Buy a good knee support and wear it as often as possible. Definitely when you are running too.

So great news, the knee support provided instant results, massive reduction in pain and much better movement. So much so, I played 5-a-side at lunch today with absolutely no adverse effects. Been wearing the support twice a day for my cycle to/from the station and it's been a great help.

Gonna try a gentle run tomorrow, and who knows, maybe the half marathon in Sept is still on!
