I'm sorry but when the likes of frankie Boyle can make whatever jokes he wants to with the aim of offending and they single someone like Gazza out then thst is just wrong. I'm in a pop-up restaurant in Zurich. I'm the only 40+ within a square mile. It occupies most of a run down residential block, has a gallery full of frankly rubbish art being admired by 20 somethings with beards and snapbacks, and a 'dj' playing 90's rubbish hip hop that's giving me a headache. It was [Poor language removed] the first time round, believe me. The food is microscopic and is served from a kitchen that I would have cleaned before giving 100+ people listeria. Price per head, Fifty quid.

I despise Frankie Boyle with a passion, but very little of what he says can be construed as legally offensive. He pushes the boundaries of decency to their limits, and I find him deeply unfunny, but he constructs his 'jokes' for shock effect only. By the sounds of it, Gazza made racist remark to a black security officer. Big difference.

I'm not saying the joke is fine by any means. But to string someone like gazza into court to make an example I believe is going too far when your local man on the street is perfectly fine to do it.
Frankie boyles jokes involve insulting disabled kids. Not too sure there is much difference between skin colour and disabled children. But thst is just me tbh
