i work in an office, can't really do much more than boiling hot water rinse lol

Buy a Systema bottle (always loads of them in TK Maxx), take it home each night and wash it properly.

In my own personal experience, a poorly washed drinking bottle usually gives me a sore throat and often sore/cut lips.

I'm not going to that extent for a water bottle. I meant one out a shop not a proper one, save me paying 50p when i'm just refilling it with glorified tap water in work.

plus it did bring my subway salad costs down having the bottle already But yeah, need to buy a new one now.

Any car doing that sort of speed should be given points. It's just as dangerous as speeding.

That is why I like 4 lane motorways. It keeps the two inside lanes just to let them overtake each other.

A Sistema bottle costs like £3. And you won't wind up getting SARS.
