Patellofemoral pain syndrome aka runners knee. Very common apparently. I need to work on strengthening my core, my hip muscles / tendons, and let the inflammation settle down.
Fair enough, wish my doctors had an igloo, just keep trying to palm me off with tablets and leaving it, my knee has gone twice in the last 4/5 months

You thought about paying for a physio appointment? They're not too much, usually. They might give you an idea of how you can tackle it through some exercises. Might only need one or two sessions to get you on your way.
 

In the last few days have had a heart ultrasound scan and one of those 24 hr monitors, all precautionary and nothing wrong I hope. Came out of an ECG I had about 5 weeks ago when my heart rate came out at 45!! :eek: That is the sort of resting rate associated with Mo Farah with his feet up watching telly. The waiting time at the moment for the heart monitor results........12 weeks!!:mad:

I was the same mate, heart rate about 50 everything come back and they found nothing irregular, had me on the treadmill and all sorts
