Similar to this but Yanks that generally are driving a pickup truck or SUV with their fog lights on constantly. I undertook someone past week because they were doing 40 in a 50 in the outside lane in rush hour, even braking occasionally for no reason at all. I flashed and beeped but had no affect. I left him plenty of room but he obviously didn't like it because he put his lights on full beam for about 5 minutes.
