minor things that make you fume

I undertook someone past week because they were doing 40 in a 50 in the outside lane in rush hour, even braking occasionally for no reason at all. I flashed and beeped but had no affect. I left him plenty of room but he obviously didn't like it because he put his lights on full beam for about 5 minutes. Utter bell end.
Hahaha I blew up the inside of an older couple the other day as it was a two lane dual carriage way with 55 limit and I was doing about 57 and came up in them like a rocket so they were doing 40 tops. Swore at them as I passed and they looked bemused. Unsure if it was because the my didn't see themselves being in the wrong or because they'd never lipread so many c-bombs.

The reactions of some people says they haven't got a clue they're in the wrong, which is scary. Every single day I have to undertake a slow driver in the outside lane. Infuriating.

Similar to this but Yanks that generally are driving a pickup truck or SUV with their fog lights on constantly. Their reason is either it helps then see better or it looks cool, neither of which outweigh me being blinded every time they come over a brew or crossing a bumpy road.
People who complain when I drive around in my suv with my fog lights on in the USA (Canada really but that was just for @tommye :)

More of a bewilderment than a fume...people in the supermarket struggling to carry £40 worth of shopping back to the car because they begrudge paying 5p for a plastic bag.
A little daft, perhaps, but maybe they simply don't want another carrier bag? I always avoid using one, even if sometimes it means I'm playing food jenga on the way to the car. It's only 40-odd yards, so why not?
