minor things that make you fume

They're just finding easy jobs to meet targets. Nothing other than lazy bullies with a licence.

Pulled me over at 11.30 one night and breathalysed me because he'd smelled I was smoking a cigar.

Fricking chancers. Some of the biggest crooks there are.

The phone incident I actually started to record on my phone and you can see how they have no response to my facts and how they're basically saying just deal with you won't win here.

When I was pulled over the lady said she smelt alcohol on my breath, when I hadn't touched the stuff haha

Wife's company moved her job about 600 miles away and there's no way we're moving for a company that'll pull shizz like that.
So she's got an end date and severance sorted and now they've decided her job doesn't have to move with the rest of the company. But now a bunch of people have left for new jobs, a few jobs have been outsourced to India and she'd have to turn down the severance to continue.

So take the severance and find something else? Of course you have to turn down a severance payment if you stay in your job :|

It's a win win really, unless all the people who've left are her mates ?

Friends and make the dept function. She feels she'll be fighting fires constantly when they go and she has to deal with the Indians she's been training for the last few months and doesn't rate their ability.

Stay in the job, look for an new job and take the short term pain or take the severance, use it as breathing space whilst looking for a new job ?.

* her postion sounds similar to a lot of people tbh x
