minor things that make you fume

Stay in the job, look for an new job and take the short term pain or take the severance, use it as breathing space whilst looking for a new job ?.

* her postion sounds similar to a lot of people tbh x
Yeah. For her sanity I think she needs to leave, severance is a few months so should last us until she can find something else. Worst comes to worst and I'll have to do nights and/or weekends and we'll just never see each other but that's not all bad lol

Wife's company moved her job about 600 miles away and there's no way we're moving for a company that'll pull shizz like that.
So she's got an end date and severance sorted and now they've decided her job doesn't have to move with the rest of the company. But now a bunch of people have left for new jobs, a few jobs have been outsourced to India and she'd have to turn down the severance to continue.
Supposon

How long between being told the job was moving, and then not moving? Evidently long enough to sort a severance package out. So they'll know she could have been looking for other jobs, which could give her an angle for a pay rise or promotion?

At the very least, she's in a fortunate position of knowing her severance package AND having a job!

It's a cluster f. It's been about year since they announced the move and a couple of months since severance was sorted. Sad thing is that there's people that moved to the new location after being told their job was going there and now it isn't.
Just a shame they gutted a functional dept for no reason.

Wow. That's a disgrace.

When someone does something wrong, but they won't own up to it despite it being so painfully obvious that they've done it. (nothing exciting, just a problem with someone else's mobile that I've already fixed, but they've turned the setting back on again for some strange bloody reason)

Feels like I'm being taken for a complete mug with their continued denial.

This also gets me to another point. If you cannot operate your phone, stop asking others for help every other twunting day and revert back to a good solid Nokia 3310. 'smartphone' the clue is in the word.

Smash it up

Car insurance. It's looming next month and I bet it'll be all of a tenner cheaper than last year, despite this being my third year of no claims. Haven't got £380 just lying around to give these crooks.

The biggest scam going, mine is due next month too and if it isn't half the price of last year I'll burn my frigging car out whilst I'm sat in the drivers seat

It won't be cheaper, they rely on apathy mate.

I'm getting on for nearly twenty five years claim free and every year I have to hunt round for a cheaper deal.

It always goes up !
