Project director came out of his office this morning and tore apart one of the younger lads. He told him "If X, Y and Z isn't done by the end of the day don't bother coming in tomorrow". Poor lad has looked quite down this morning as a result. He only does it to people he knows who won't fight back.

Terrible management indeed. Fear tactics only work short term.

They pick their targets, i work in multi-national company but there is always one nationality they try it with because they can get away with it..

Princess on board.

Baby/child on board signs serve a legit purpose, but people who buy these other ones clearly don't get it.

Funny you should mention this though. I was out yesterday and saw someone with a Smart car, and they had a sticker on the back saying 'Smart Arse', I just thought how lame it was. Imagine going out and spending money on that sticker.
