The blame culture in work. If people would just say yeah I made a mistake instead of trying to push the blame on everyone else it would make solving the problem so much easier.

It's not just in work mate, it's society in general.

Everything is always someone else's fault.

There's no such thing as a simple mistake, accident or bad luck anymore.

SOMEONE ALWAYS HAS TO PAY.
