Oliver is certainly prone to self aggrandizing in is campaigns, but he is at least going at the government, advertising companies and producers of chemical ridden trash (I still eat it), and its hard to argue with a lot of his complaints about them
He was also out of order on breastfeeding too if I recall.
i don't recall that one to be honest, though in my experience chefs, a bit like personal trainers, don't quite have the scientific knowledge they often think they do
